NO DEATH PENALTY FOR THE AMPATUANS F MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE

PEOPLE CALLS FOR THE DEATH OF THE AMPATUANS
Wednesday, December 20, 2009, 2:04 AM

I support the death call for the Amputuans involved in the massacre. I want Andal Sr., Andal Jr., and Zaldy executed immediately. Since our present constitution does not allow capital punishment anymore, We must call the Philippine judiciary, specially the laudable and Honorable Jocelyn Solis-Reyes of the Quezon City RTC Branch 221 and the government prosecutors must have enough courage and ability to mete out the most severe penalties the Constitution will Amputuan monstrous criminals.

The government can on its own initiative, organized again a “special tribunal” like what it did on Pres. Erap Estrada and also the Iraqi government on Saddam Hussein’s trial, to try the “in-appealable criminal cases” of Andal Sr., Andal Jr., Zaldy Amputians and their AFP-Cafgus and PNP-CVOs armed private criminal army for “crimes against humanity”.

Upon final conviction by the “special tribunal”, the government must execute the Ampatuans immediately through “death by musketry”.

The Amputuan political clan of Maguindanao is a “devil’s curse” for our Muslim brethren in the autonomous region of Muslim Mindanao, they are the tormentor of lasting peace and a plague to humanity.

Villar Snubs 2010 Presidential Forum

.

Friday, August 28, 2009, 11:24 AM

Ateneo School of Government and to the UP School of Economics, where the organizer of the first two ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) forums which coordinated the invitation that was "snubbed" by Senator Manny Villar to its first leadership forum held last May 11 at the Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City.

Villar cleverly evaded the meticulous probing questions of the forum by simply sending his regrets saying he would be out of the country.

But as the forum was being held, Villar was spotted by group of reporters at the Supreme Court attending the party of a retiring justice. He lied! He cheated the organizer of the said forum in broad daylight.

Villar retaliated at the report citing him partying at the Supreme Court by criticizing the format used in public discussions such as the ANC forum, which, he said, focuses only on what the candidate planned to do and not on what he has already done.

Sen. Manny Villar:

The Ateneo School of Government, UP School of Economics and ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) forums are a waste of time.

What he has done? During his 3 term as Paranaque City representative/speaker of the House and his 2 term senator/Senate president.

What he has already done is to corrupt his government position to advance his real estate business empire and in truth be told he has no future political and economic plans for the country and the Filipino people, in short, pansariling katimawaan lang talaga ang alam ni Manny Villar.

He resigned as senate president hounded by hounded by scandals, shattered by graft and corruption and anomalies.

Villar has been continuosly thumbing his arrogant nose at the sessions of the Senate Committee Of the Whole that has him on trial for graft and corruption.

He owned more than three hectares along the controversial and anomalous C-5 road extension project that were anomalously assessed by the Arroyo government for slightly over half a billion pesos.

This anomaly where the Senate Committee of the Whole wants to determine if there was a violation of Article VI, Section 14 of the Constitution.

The provision prohibits any senator or congressman from having any financial interest, directly or indirectly, in any contract with the government, or any of his agencies during his office and from intervening in any matter before any office of the government for his pecuniary benefit or where he may be called to act on account of his office.

Mike Arroyo, Mafia Boss of ZTE Scam

The ZTE broadband deal?

The Zhong Xing Telecommunications Equipment Limited (ZTE) National Broadband Network Deal is a highly controversial, $329 million contract signed by the Philippine and Chinese governments, witnessed personally by President Arroyo, last April 2007 in China.

The NBN project was one of the "money-making project" of the Arroyo regime. The proposal is to be carried out by the Dept of Transportations and Communications (DoTC)under the care of Sec. Leandro Mendoza (ret. PNP chief), a plan which started way back in 2005, immediately after Mrs. Arroyo won the controversial May, 2004 presidential election, aiming to establish a internet broadband connection to local government units and government agencies nationwide.

The political disaster of Mrs. Arroyo and company started when Jose "Joey" De Venecia III (JDV3), son of five (5) term House Speaker Jose De Venecia Jr., which is a known ally of the administration, divulged his knowledge of the huge overpricing and kickbacks involved in the GRP and ZTE Broadband deal in an affidavit, and later, in his personal testimony at a Senate inquiry.

Joey De Venecia (JDV3), the owner of US based Amsterdam Holdings Inc. (AHI), lost the bid for the NBN project to China's ZTE. (JDV3) blew the whistle over the hugely overpriced ZTE Broadband Project entered into by Mrs. Arroyo with ZTE.

He blamed golfing buddies former Comelec chair Benjamin Abalos, the powerful person who brokered the $320 million deal between GRP and ZTE and FG Mike Arroyo's for his lost bid. He accused the two for splitting the $130 million (P6 billion) for their kickbacks or tongpats with Former NEDA Director Romulo Ner bribed by Abalos of P200 billion to endorse the contract and to keep in silence.

And that FG Mike Arroyo ordered his gang to terrorized (JDV3) last October 16, 2007 symposium held at the University of the Philippines (UP) and later tagged them as responsible for plotting an assassination plot against him and his father speaker Jose De Venecia.

FG Mike Arroyo's gang member were former Army chief Jaime Delos Santos, Transportation Sec. Leandro Mendoza and Transportation assistant secretary Reynaldo Berroya all members of the PMA Class 1969 and Bureau of Corrections Director Ricardo Dapat. AFP chief.

Gen. Hermogenes Esperon denies generals plotting to kill speaker De Venecia.

Rep. JDV was further pushed to his political limits when he and his sone JDV3 was subjected to an extrajudicial executions threat by fanatic supporters of Mrs. Arroyo. Speaker JDV reported to Malacañang about his murder complaints against three generals whom he said had plotted to assassinate him and his namesake son Joey but was coldly ignored.

He accused the presidential palace of inaction on alleged assassination threats against him and his son (JDV3), who blew the whistle on bribe offers in connection with a government contract to put up a multimillion-dollar national broadband network.

JDV recounted hou retired Gen. Jaime delos Santos had gone to his house and had told him and his son “to keep quiet” because “they can kill you and I know they have killed other people.”

The only logical political pro-position to silence (JDV3) from using the government position of his father--Mrs. Arroyo and ally railroaded the instant ouster of speaker JDV. He lost his position last February 5, 2008 at 1:00 am in a vote of 174 against 35, with 16 abstentions, nominated Nograles for the position of speaker.

Before the voting began De Venecia demanded, being the outgoing speaker, for a several-minute speech where he accused Malacañang of orchestrating the moves to remove him as speaker. De Venecia said First Gentleman Jose Miguel “Mike” Arroyo and Malacañang’s “minions” orchestrated the filing of a corruption case against him before the House ethics committee.

Rep. Jose De Venecia of Pangasinan:

"So many times I had stood to defend President Arroyo and it pains me grievously to hurt the President and to hurt the First Family because I have invested so much more than any of you in this chamber to help the President become Vice President, become President….”

Knowing already the Palace politics, speaker JDV nominated Davao City Rep. Prospero "Nogie Boy" Nograles for the election of speakership. Without a further much ado's and as expected, Cebu Rep. Antonio Cuenco grabbed the phone and moved to close the nomination for Speaker, prompting Majority Leader Arthur Defensor to declare as "unanimous” the election of Nograles as speaker of the 240-member House. An unceremonious clapping ensued the declaration.

After Nograles' controversial election and minutes after he was sworn in as new speaker of the House of Representative proudly states:

Prospero Nograles of Davao City:

“It’s God’s will. It’s probably my destiny”.
In early March 2008 -- barely a month after speaker JDV's removal from the speakership on February 5, 2008 for his opposition to the scandalous ZTE–NBN deal exposed by his son JDV3, Mrs. Arroyo Kampi party and her allies moved swiftly and captured the leaderless Lakas-CMD -- led by the following notorious Lakas-CMD party riders:

1. Prospero "Nogie Boy" Nograles of 1st Davao City, Davao Region
2. Antonio Cuenco, 2nd Dist. of Cebu City, Cebu, Province.

Palace concern of 2010 election security

.
Zarsuela 2010 election

The grand zarsuela play in Philippine politics of deception and corruption never comes to an end.

National Security Adviser Norberto "Bert" Gonzales, showing his political prowess and clout over Mrs. Arroyo, continues his defiant action, ignoring Palace advice by his statement on the upcoming 2010 elections as a "national security concern".

After all the much reported Palace call for Gonzales to refrain, cease and desist from inciting any further the House of Representatives on proposition's schemes for a transition government to be elected simultaneous in 2010 to pave the way for Charter change

A truly political deception player, Gonzales said the issues regarding the 2010 presidential elections constitute national security concerns, because, according to him, "For a long time now, our country has been drifting to nowhere because of our dysfunctional politics. It was about time the nation, as one people who believe they deserve better, fully addressed the issue."

Presidential Political Adviser Gabriel Claudio on the other hand played along with Gonzales by stopping him from making any public proposals to elect a transition government in 2010, which, Claudio said, were being attributed as official statements from Malacanang.

The incumbent administration's political proposal involved convincing the winner of the 2010 presidential elections to push for political reforms (?) through Charter change Cha-cha) during his first three years in office, then voluntarily{?} step down after Cha-cha had been effected.

Gonzales even suggested that, "I can see that beyond the traditional politicians, we have leaders who are presenting themselves as reform candidate or are being pushed to be so in 2010. Perhaps, Brother Mike Velarde can be this transition president. Even Mr. Joseph Estrada, if he really wants to seek again the presidency, can consider becoming this transition president.”

Claudio played that the proposal to cut short the term of the winning president in 2010 would not be agreeable to the winner because "nobody is foolish enough to accept that."

Gonzales said that though his proposal for a transition government in 2010 may seem a foolish idea to most people, the supreme sacrifice of voluntarily stepping down from the presidency is the most effective way of effecting political reforms through Cha-cha.

"Are we saying that our country is bereft of leaders who are stupid enough to offer their selves to make this sacrifice?" Gonzales said.

What a political play we have here.

Assisstant Provincial Prosecutor dismissed and disbarred for extortion

Cavite fiscal sacked for alleged extortion

A Cavite fiscal was removed from his post Thursday after he allegedly extorted money from a complainant in an estafa case.

Provincial Prosecutor Emmanuel Velasco dismissed Assistant Provincial Prosecutor Leonuel Mas after he allegedly demanded more than P50,000 from Annabelle and Lauro Sarte, both complainants of an estafa case involving P1 million pending before Mas.

The Sartes alleged that during the preliminary investigation of their case, Mas had asked them to pay more than P100,000 for a docket fee, much more than was required in court. Mas purportedly told the complainants that the money would help move the case forward since the defendant was very powerful and had connections with Cavite fiscals.

The complainants, however, allegedly haggled with Mas and reportedly ended up paying P58,000. Velasco said Mas immediately pocketed the money without issuing an official receipt.

Upon learning that a criminal case was filed against him, Mas tendered his resignation Wednesday evening.

Velasco, however, said that the resignation of any government official does not prevent proceedings from continuing based on administrative or criminal complaints filed against him or her. Report from Marieton Pacheco, ABS-CBN News & abs-cbnNEWS.com | 03/26/2009 9:59 PM.
