NO DEATH PENALTY FOR THE AMPATUANS F MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE

PEOPLE CALLS FOR THE DEATH OF THE AMPATUANS
Wednesday, December 20, 2009, 2:04 AM

I support the death call for the Amputuans involved in the massacre. I want Andal Sr., Andal Jr., and Zaldy executed immediately. Since our present constitution does not allow capital punishment anymore, We must call the Philippine judiciary, specially the laudable and Honorable Jocelyn Solis-Reyes of the Quezon City RTC Branch 221 and the government prosecutors must have enough courage and ability to mete out the most severe penalties the Constitution will Amputuan monstrous criminals.

The government can on its own initiative, organized again a “special tribunal” like what it did on Pres. Erap Estrada and also the Iraqi government on Saddam Hussein’s trial, to try the “in-appealable criminal cases” of Andal Sr., Andal Jr., Zaldy Amputians and their AFP-Cafgus and PNP-CVOs armed private criminal army for “crimes against humanity”.

Upon final conviction by the “special tribunal”, the government must execute the Ampatuans immediately through “death by musketry”.

The Amputuan political clan of Maguindanao is a “devil’s curse” for our Muslim brethren in the autonomous region of Muslim Mindanao, they are the tormentor of lasting peace and a plague to humanity.

Villar Snubs 2010 Presidential Forum

.

Friday, August 28, 2009, 11:24 AM

Ateneo School of Government and to the UP School of Economics, where the organizer of the first two ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) forums which coordinated the invitation that was "snubbed" by Senator Manny Villar to its first leadership forum held last May 11 at the Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City.

Villar cleverly evaded the meticulous probing questions of the forum by simply sending his regrets saying he would be out of the country.

But as the forum was being held, Villar was spotted by group of reporters at the Supreme Court attending the party of a retiring justice. He lied! He cheated the organizer of the said forum in broad daylight.

Villar retaliated at the report citing him partying at the Supreme Court by criticizing the format used in public discussions such as the ANC forum, which, he said, focuses only on what the candidate planned to do and not on what he has already done.

Sen. Manny Villar:

The Ateneo School of Government, UP School of Economics and ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) forums are a waste of time.

What he has done? During his 3 term as Paranaque City representative/speaker of the House and his 2 term senator/Senate president.

What he has already done is to corrupt his government position to advance his real estate business empire and in truth be told he has no future political and economic plans for the country and the Filipino people, in short, pansariling katimawaan lang talaga ang alam ni Manny Villar.

He resigned as senate president hounded by hounded by scandals, shattered by graft and corruption and anomalies.

Villar has been continuosly thumbing his arrogant nose at the sessions of the Senate Committee Of the Whole that has him on trial for graft and corruption.

He owned more than three hectares along the controversial and anomalous C-5 road extension project that were anomalously assessed by the Arroyo government for slightly over half a billion pesos.

This anomaly where the Senate Committee of the Whole wants to determine if there was a violation of Article VI, Section 14 of the Constitution.

The provision prohibits any senator or congressman from having any financial interest, directly or indirectly, in any contract with the government, or any of his agencies during his office and from intervening in any matter before any office of the government for his pecuniary benefit or where he may be called to act on account of his office.

Palace concern of 2010 election security

.
Zarsuela 2010 election

The grand zarsuela play in Philippine politics of deception and corruption never comes to an end.

National Security Adviser Norberto "Bert" Gonzales, showing his political prowess and clout over Mrs. Arroyo, continues his defiant action, ignoring Palace advice by his statement on the upcoming 2010 elections as a "national security concern".

After all the much reported Palace call for Gonzales to refrain, cease and desist from inciting any further the House of Representatives on proposition's schemes for a transition government to be elected simultaneous in 2010 to pave the way for Charter change

A truly political deception player, Gonzales said the issues regarding the 2010 presidential elections constitute national security concerns, because, according to him, "For a long time now, our country has been drifting to nowhere because of our dysfunctional politics. It was about time the nation, as one people who believe they deserve better, fully addressed the issue."

Presidential Political Adviser Gabriel Claudio on the other hand played along with Gonzales by stopping him from making any public proposals to elect a transition government in 2010, which, Claudio said, were being attributed as official statements from Malacanang.

The incumbent administration's political proposal involved convincing the winner of the 2010 presidential elections to push for political reforms (?) through Charter change Cha-cha) during his first three years in office, then voluntarily{?} step down after Cha-cha had been effected.

Gonzales even suggested that, "I can see that beyond the traditional politicians, we have leaders who are presenting themselves as reform candidate or are being pushed to be so in 2010. Perhaps, Brother Mike Velarde can be this transition president. Even Mr. Joseph Estrada, if he really wants to seek again the presidency, can consider becoming this transition president.”

Claudio played that the proposal to cut short the term of the winning president in 2010 would not be agreeable to the winner because "nobody is foolish enough to accept that."

Gonzales said that though his proposal for a transition government in 2010 may seem a foolish idea to most people, the supreme sacrifice of voluntarily stepping down from the presidency is the most effective way of effecting political reforms through Cha-cha.

"Are we saying that our country is bereft of leaders who are stupid enough to offer their selves to make this sacrifice?" Gonzales said.

What a political play we have here.
